Manor Park secures a Quest dinghy from John Merricks Sailing Trust!
Wow! A brand new boat !! As MPSC members may be aware, with thanks to the tireless work of our fund raisers, in November 2020 our club was awarded a £5,000 grant by the John Merricks Sailing Trust towards a new dinghy. Thankyou to The Postcode Lottery!
Manor Park Sailing Club were awarded £2,000 from the PostCode Lottery at end of June 2021for the replacement of the leaking s/h safety boat used by the Manor Park Radio Sailing Club and the Rugeley Model Boat Club. The brand new RED Whaly 310 rigid safety boat was collected and put into use in time for the August National MYA 2 day event, with 31 entries (from all over the UK) plus our own members.
